KD stands for Knock Down, a production and logistics method in which products are exported as parts or semi-finished products and assembled at overseas factories. We undertake KD shipments of Hino Motors products, including packing, storage, vanning (loading into marine containers), and transportation.
In packing, we aim to optimize transportation efficiency and flexibly respond to various requests from each country.
(1)CKD (Complete Knock Down)
CKD refers to an export method in which vehicle parts and components are shipped in an unassembled state and then assembled into complete vehicles at the customer’s assembly plant.
(2)SKD(Semi Knock Down)
It involves exporting parts that can be assembled into a complete vehicle using bolts and nuts only, without requiring special painting or welding equipment at the customer’s site.

HGL handles KD shipments for Hino Motors, including packing, storage, container loading (vanning), and transportation. Exports are primarily destined for Hino Motors’ overseas business entities. When it comes to packing, we strive for optimal solutions and respond flexibly to diverse requirements from individual countries.
